Ms. Olesia Dosti is a program manager of the Institute for Policy and Law (IPL) and internal researcher of Albanian Law Journal. She has received in 2016 the title "Lawyer" from the National Chamber of Advocacy in Tirana.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in law, obtained in University of Tirana in 2013 and a Master of Science Degree in "Public Law" in the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in July 2015. Her dissertation thesis was focused on European law, respectively on supremacy and effectiveness of the European Court of Human Rights, where she was awarded cum laude. During university, she has been involved in several scientific conferences. She has a participation certificate from Model NATO Conference on behalf of Balkan Youth Link, supported by US Embassy in Tirana. During 2011-2016, she has worked for DSA and SECED, both entities that operate as nongovernment organization in Tirana, projects of which were related to the land rights in the rural areas, corruption in universities and gender equality in urban and rural areas, supported and financed by USAID. She has also been involved in the analysis of the legal framework in Albania, emphasizing the gender inequality.
